If an item fails to meet with your expectations please contact us, in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction we will happily reimburse you upon return of the unsatisfactory item in a condition suitable for resale. 

We stress that, in common with most hand-dyed materials, colour fastness of our products is not guaranteed and we would therefore advise against using where immersion in water is necessary.
