You will be placing an order with TexArt Creative (a partnership between Sue and Michael Sercombe) under the Terms and Conditions set out below and your acceptance, is assumed, when you place your order.
Errors and Omissions Whilst utmost care is taken in preparation and management of our site, errors may occur which could result in us not accepting your order.

Accepting your Order You will receive email confirmation shortly after your order is received and our intention will be to despatch goods on the same day by 1st Class Royal Mail. Items/orders which exceed 25mm are liable to be despatched 2nd class post to avoid increased Royal Mail cost which would need to be passed on.  In the unlikely event that stock of a product is exhausted we will contact you to discuss the alternatives, before despatching the order. If it is agreed, the missing item(s) to follow as a second consignment.   

Delivery address can be different to your account address. Select at time of order.  

Postage and Packing We aim to achieve a simple and fair system of passing on postage and packing costs. This is calculated as products are added to the cart and is based on total order value. Overseas orders are calculated on order weight.

Online payments are processed through Paypal, who accept all the popular payment cards with a minimum of formality and maximum security. This also ensures that no payment card details are retained by TexArt Creative.

Payment by cheque. Clients preferring this method should follow the appropriate Checkout details. Goods will be despatched when the funds have cleared into our account, typically 3/5 working days.

Payment through your online bank account. Clients with online banking facilities can simply arrange a one-off transaction. Your bank account details are not revealed and normally funds are transferred the same day, therefore incurring no delay in despatch of goods. When selecting this method, quote our sort code as 09-01-28 and Account No. as 01840334 and add your TexArt Creative Order No. as reference

Customer Satisfaction. It is our desire to ensure clients are fully satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please, in the first instance, contact us and we will arrange for return or replacement and reimbursement of monies.
