Banana Yarn has similar properties to Silk. It comes in 8yd skeins all hand-dyed in a kaleidoscope of space-dyed colours by TexArt Creative. The fibres are spun by individual spinners from the villages in India and as a result, skeins will vary in twist and thickness. The yarn can be un-spun and used with an embellisher or added to wool fibres for felt making. I love this yarn because of the lustre and versatility it offers.
